of the Madison County Women's Republican Club and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Over the years, I became a professional photographer, licensed travel agent, and caregiver to Larry "The Can Man" Van Ness. Eventually, I chose to stay home to focus on raising and homeschooling my three children, who are all now adults. I worked for the Center for Mental Health and later for the Madison County Youth Center. Having a strong sense of compassion for those struggling with mental and behavioral health, I obtained a BS in Psychology from Ball State University. I have attended Grace Baptist Church for 45 years and have been a member there for at least 30 years.
I attended Indiana Christian Academy for a number of years and graduated from Madison Heights High School.
